Stand Up Against Poverty!
The Social Justice Committee at St. John Neumann cordially invites you to join millions around the world in a Stand Up Against Poverty this Wednesday, October 17 at 7:00 p.m.
Last year, 23.5 million people around the world stood up against poverty and set a new Guinness World Record. They stood up to remind their governments to keep their promises to end extreme poverty.
Join us and join your voice with people all over the world on behalf of those that have none.
- The million people who live on less than $1 a day
- The 77 million children do not attend school
- The 850 million people who are chronically hungry
